The best in Khao Lak and even in Thailand

This was our 6th sty in this hotel and we will come back again. Amazing huge resort with great pools in tropical gardens, a nice beach with plenty of sunbeds. Check-in was fine, helped me with everything even with my special request. The best in this resort and I have to say even in the whole of Thailand is a buffet (full-board). In one word - incredible! Thai / International / European cuisine in amazing quantity and quality - you will not regret this. Facilities in this resort are great: pools / free saunas / tennis - baseball - football playgrounds / Thai box area / minigolf. Plus daily evening show and daily activities and hotel stays very calm and peaceful for the whole day still. Great working wifi.

1 funny thing: Every evening at dinner buffet chefs or food staff are standing near the entrance to buffet and greet you or good taste wish you every time you are just near them and this goes for the whole evening ... I found myself trying to avoid this and move around them in far distance:-)

A different experience and good holiday.

The team was very friendly. The nature and scenes were quite attractive. I am very impressed. You do not feel any crowd as the premise is big. Good TUI excursions to explore. Recommended for sure.

Overpriced massage was so meaningless. So we found another place called bambi which has good massage, laundry, taxi services (Thai massage for 1 hour is 350 Baht). Bambi is very close to the hotel, just actually next to it. There were plenty of food but after a few days we really got bored of having the similar varieties all the time, except for JAM TASTE night which was fabulous (street food party). I also had a very big trouble in the first place when the hotel told me that the price seen at the booking.com was wrong. I was shocked. They informed me that this was a technical problem. Booking.com tried to help me but the hotel did not show any solution-oriented approach. This was a dissapointment.

I recommend this resort to anyone without hesitation. It's a good place to relax and enjoy.

The breakfast spread is huge, there are various options all very nicely laid out. Vegan options are also available. Over all its excellent.

Especially the food was amazing as well as the hotel amenities. For kids plenty of things to do and to explore.

Customer focus partially horrible. Had a real bad experience during checkin, have been charged extra for a kid even though we had been given a different info via phone before. Receptionist blamed us for not listening right at the phone. Never experienced s.th. like that before (especially in Thailand).

Beautiful, huge resort area. Stunning pools and delicious food! We were here also 2019 and came back 2023 and hopefullu in the future too. Recommend the villa with the own pool, amazing.

Excellent, we will definitely be back. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming.

Breakfast was exceptional. We loved everything about the Robinson. It would have been great to have a free shuttel bus into town as the location was quite remote.

It would have been great to have a free shuttle bus into town at least a few times per week.

Good pool villa at the remote part of the Resort. Great breakfast is.served at the Terrace cafe with stunning seaview.

No good restaurants on the Resort territory, expensive but tasteless. The nearest good local restaurant is at 20 minutes beach walk distance.

Fantastic

This is a fantastic resort with an excellent location in Khao Lak right on the beach. The hotel and resort is beautifully maintained with lush green gardens. There are amazing facilities and enough to keep you entertained or just to relax. The hotel staff are amazing. This hotel is a must if you are visiting Khao Lak

If the hotel is at full capacity, seating at the buffet lunch and dinners can be a bit of a problem

Spacious with different zones to relax and swim. Great beach!!

Very Good

The food was superb and a great variety to choose from. Every day there was different themes. The resort is a little tired however when you drive around to other resorts in Khao Lak you soon appreciate this one. The grounds itself are well kept. The Thai staff are lovely, the beach is nice and overall it's a good resort.

Being a German chain it was well catered to German guests and hardly any other nationalities were visiting at the time. It is far from town and the hotel over charges for everything compared to other locations. Disappointing when you pay for full board but can only eat/drink at specific times. Otherwise have to pay extra.

Overall we had a relaxing and pleasant stay, but I would go elsewhere for food.

The property is very expansive and spacious, so was the room. The swimming pools and leisure areas were plenty, so it is very nice to be able to just walk around, take a swim or just sit and chill.

I have to say that I was quite disappointed by the food at Robinson Club. It appears that the main audience of this hotel is European families, but the food there was not even average for a hotel. Thai food is a very familiar cuisine for Asians, and my experiences of 4 days at Robinson Club was that the food was adjusted to cater to "Western" taste, and definitely not authentic Thai food. Also we booked a Thai massage, and the experience was also below average. It just seems like they don't bother trying.

Great experience

Really great hotel with nice staff, perfect location to great beach and a large selection of activities, especially sport.

If you order extra in addition to the main courses (restaurant and bar) the prices are seriously expensive and value for money bad. The German staff apparantly expect that all their “European looking guests” speaks German which annoyed be a bit. They should act more “international” (but all the staff were really nice).

Whether you want a quiet & relaxing holiday or prefer having a lot to do, this is the resort for you

What a beautiful resort! My wife and I had a wonderful room on the 2nd floor, situated within easy walking distance to the restaurants, beach and swimming pools. The resort is immaculately clean, with magnificent gardens. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. They go to great lengths to interact with guests. There is a HUGE variety of food including Thai food as well as western options. There was always something special to look forward to like prawns and crayfish, and the puddings were out of this world! The evening entertainment was fabulous with themed evenings, such as the White and Neon party, where every guest was given a neon bracelet. They really went out of their way to provide the guests with treats, like ice cream on the beach, cocktails and shooters in the evenings, face painting, etc. The children's club (although not applicable to us) also looked fantastic, with Roby the mascot, making daily appearances to entertain the children. We loved the beach and the swimming pools too. There are lots of little squirrels in the trees and they cut up coconuts and hung them in the trees to feed them. Whether you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, or prefer having a lot to do, this is the resort for you! From swimming and long walks on the beach, to lots of sporting activities, or playing pool and various other board games, there is something for everyone! You can also hire scooters and explore the markets, shops, waterfalls and even dine IN the middle of a river! We will definitely be back!

We had quite a lot of rain, which is completely out of the hotel's control. But the hotel provides a lot to do on those rainy days, so you just carry on as normal, ignore the rain and continue to enjoy your holiday.

Paradise

The whole resort was amazing, exactly like you would expect from a 5 star resort. I can't begin to write positive points as everything was so amazing. What a paradise

2 downsides: - the resort is far from the village, so you cannot just leave the resort and walk there. So you will mainly eat/stay in the resort. The all inclusive prices (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are much more expensive than the rest of Thailand's restaurants and you cannot order a la carte, only buffet. - because you are in a tropical resort, and the rooms are outside, insects easily get in the room. I found a cockroach in my wardrobe and every night I woke up several times because my arms were itchy because of mosquito bites. And one more thing, not necessarily negative, but the rooms can use some renovation. It was a lovely room, spacious and with spa-feeling, but the furniture and construction was quite old.
